They were very thorough and explained in detail what they saw while inspecting my roof. The staff is very familiar with how to work with insurance companies and submitted my roof claim on my behalf. All coordination with the insurance company was handled through Weather Roof LLC. Once the insurance company approved my claim, Weather Roof LLC had a crew of workers at my house the very next day. The roof looks amazing and the professionalism of the crew and the Weather Roof LLC team is top notch. Weather Roof came by earlier this summer and asked to do a free inspection to which I agreed. They saw hail damage and recommended we consider a replacement. After insurance inspection, we agreed to proceed with the replacement. The work began this week and was completed in a timely fashion. I am so glad I decided to use this company.
